Description:
After the FWRHSs main water pump at the shops failed overnight, the first stop for Norfolk Southen train 955 was at Payne, Oh, to visit the local fire department to take on water. I was supprised when I rolled into town to find hundreds of school children sitting along the tracks waiting for NKP 765 to go by. In this photo, as work continues on filling 765s tender, a teacher talks to her students about the NKP 765, as the excited kids look on. Having seen this many times in videos, it was exciting to see in person, and I think brought more joy to the members of FWRHS then to the kids.
